A number of groups have already actively participated in supporting the development of the concept or have expressed interest in participating.

S group owns over 3,000 sites nationwide and is in the process of rationalizing this estate. Rather than dispose of the land, it would prefer to redevelop the sites. S group has expressed a high level of interest in the project and has identified potential sites. Basis of their participation is not yet decided however it is likely to include a land for equity component.

Various Construction Companies have reviewed the concept and offered expressions of interest. Successful tendering for construction would likely include a requirement to participate.

Core Architect, a leading architectural and design practice in Seoul has prepared preliminary plans and drawings based on the concept and verified the feasibility of the package.
