General
Manager
Hospitality and Human oriented young GM
The General Manager is responsible for the whole operations of each hotel.
The GM overseas whole human resources within the hotels including outsourcing
personnel, operating standards, increasing occupancy & ADR, improving
service levels, sales and profits. It requires a GM who communicates honestly
with his people and work together to make sure company goals are achieved.
Also GM must treat everyone with respect and dignity, valuing individual
and cultural differences.
Qualifications:
Hospitality experience in abroad or in the international chain and a Bachelor's
degree are preferred.
Age:
less than 35 year old preferred
Language: Fluent in Korean and English, Basic Japanese
Controller
The Controller is responsible for the computation of the annual budgets,
monthly reports, financial statements and tax requirements. The Controller
oversees all cash control, check issuing and pay distribution. They will
assure compliance in all legal and financial requirements by government,
insurance companies and the corporate offices, and efficiently and accurately
perform all aspects of accounting and direct an accounting team. The successful
candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and proven work record
in Accounting, extensive computer experience in Excel. Hospitality experience
and a Bachelor's degree are preferred, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Human
Resources Director / Regional Director of Training

Hotels Management Inc. is seeking an individual with the visionary strength
and determination necessary to restructure current Human Resource and
training programs to meet the standards of an international mid market
hotel. Applicants must be skilled in conducting professional and manual
training for both management and line-staff employees, as well as familiarity
with developing training matrixes. Knowledge of and experience with Quality
Management are absolutely essential for the programs we wish to put in
place. Responsibilities of this position include compliance with legal
requirements, recruitment and selection, orientation, employee communications,
and retention of employees through performance appraisals, performance
management, skills-based training, and career development.
